Sticky Lemon Chicken

I love sticky chicken and I love lemon chicken - I hope you give this a try!







Sticky Lemon-Oregano Chicken



Serves: 4-6







5-6 bone-in chicken thighs (approx 2-3lbs)

3 TBSP lemon juice

2 TBSP honey

2 tsp dried oregano

1 TBSP canola oil (I use olive oil or corn oil)

1 tsp garlic powder









Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a 13 x 9 baking dish with foil. Place chicken in dish.

In a separate bowl, combine all remaining ingredients and whisk together. Pour over chicken.

Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until liquid runs clear, basting occasionally with pan juices
