Sonic ~ Fritos Chili Cheese Wraps
2 cans Hormel Chili, No Beans (homemade is best)**
1 small red onion, chopped
2 C sharp cheddar, shredded
1 bag Fritos corn chips
6 large flour tortillas
(I make chili - both with and without beans because the little guy loves the beans in it from time to time - and I portion and freeze for recipes like this or quick chili dogs, tacos - I just re-heat adding some of my homemade taco seasoning - burritos, etc.)
Pour the chili into a medium saucepan. Heat over medium heat until the chili is bubbly and hot.
Place about 1/4 cup of chili in the center of a tortilla.
Sprinkle with some red onion, cheddar, and corn chips.
Fold in the ends of the tortilla. Wrap one side over and roll into a burrito shape.
Serve warm.
The little guy doesn't like the taste of raw onions - but he will eat them cooked, so many time I use caramelized onions in place of raw onion for him. And of course - he tops it all with salsa.
