Guess what I found at Walmart today ?
Heirloom tomatoes ! ! !They're packaged with 2-3 per pack. Called Ugly Tomatoes, but labeled as heirlooms too.
So the package is 1bl., and the cost here was $2.77.
I won't trust the tomatoes until I taste them tomorrow, so I only bought one pack. Gawd, I hope this isn't merely a seasonal thing, and they'll keep getting them. They were nearly sold out when I got there.
