Sausage Stuffed Jalapeno Poppers

I love these spicy little things. Gonna make some of these today for the 4th of July. :p



1lb. Jalapenos, halved lengthwise and seeded

1lb. Pork Sausage

1 (8oz.) package of cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese



Wash and slice the jalapenos. Mix the sausage, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese together in a bowl.



Fill each of the jalapeno halves with the mixture.



You can cook these on the grill or oven. I always prefer to grill them. :D I use a grill pan so they don't fall through the grates. You can use aluminum foil too. Grill over high heat for approximately 15-20 minutes. The sausage should be browned.



If you use an oven cook at 425F for approximately 20 minutes. The sausage will be lightly browned at this point.
